Facilities

All rooms have wi-fi, televisions with built in DVD players and powerful hairdryers. Tea and coffee making facilities are located on the landing, along with a selection of glasses should you wish to bring a bottle of wine to drink in your room. There is also always access to an iron, should it be needed.

The accent at Linnmhor House is on luxury. Our extremely comfortable mattresses are clad in pure Egyptian cotton and duvets and pillows are feather and down. Added to this are our generously sized fluffy white towels and complimentary guest products.

Our traditional panelled dining room has an open log fire which is lit for breakfast in the winter months and for dinner almost all year round - Scottish summers being what they are. We also have an area of decking overlooking the garden which is beautiful for al fresco dining on summer evenings. Surprisingly, we had half a dozen occasions during 2011 when we actually used this area!

There is additional seating in the lower hall in front of another open fire which we light on winter evenings. This is a lovely area in which to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and select from the evening menu.
